Assalam alaikum, dear Islam4Kids family!
Ramadan is here, and we’re thrilled to kick off this blessed month with you and your little ones! Let’s make it a time of joy, learning, and connection with Allah (SWT).

10 Kid-Friendly Ramadan Activities
Good Deeds Tracker: Download our FREE printable tracker (below) to help kids record daily acts of kindness—like sharing toys or helping with Iftar prep! They can also track their prayers, reading the Quran, and more!
Moon Sighting Hunt: Turn Maghrib into an adventure! Hunt for the Ramadan crescent moon and celebrate its sighting with a special treat.
DIY Dua Jar: Decorate a jar and fill it with Ramadan-themed duas. Pick one each night to learn and practice together.
Quran Time Tales: Read short Surahs (e.g., Al-Fatiha, Al-Ikhlas) and discuss their meanings in simple, relatable terms.
Charity Box Craft: Create a Sadaqah Jar from recycled materials. Let kids donate coins and choose a cause together.
Iftar Helpers: Assign age-friendly tasks—setting dates on the table, pouring water, or reciting the dua for breaking fast.
Ramadan Star Chart: Reward good habits (patience, gratitude) with stickers. 10 stars = a small Eid gift!
Bedtime Stories: Watch a kids Islamic video or read one of the Prophet's stories and discuss what it means to us.
Family Gratitude Journal: Write one thing you’re thankful for each day. “Alhamdulillah for my yummy oatmeal!” 🥣
Eid Countdown Chain: Make a paper chain with 30 rings. Remove one daily while reciting “Astaghfirullah” together!
